Quaint 1Bd 1Ba Bungalow - Los Angeles

Venice Beach bungalow with a private garden and full kitchen

The Bungalow

Quaint 1Bd 1Ba Bungalow is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom property surrounded by a small garden that provides shade and a cooler atmosphere. The living room includes a sofa and a dining area, and the bungalow is insanely spacious, comparable in size to a full apartment. Two powerful AC units are installed, though the mild weather often makes them unnecessary.

Kitchen & Laundry

The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine, with salt, pepper, tea, coffee, and oil provided. A Samsung washing machine and Samsung dryer are available for guest use, and the property has a fireplace and a TV. This bungalow also offers a work desk for those who need to work during their stay.

Location

This bungalow is located 5 miles from Los Angeles International Airport and a 12-minute walk from Venice Beach. Venice Beach Boardwalk is less than 0.5 miles away, and Pacific Park and Santa Monica Pier are each 3 miles from the property. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and has high quality shops nearby.
